Cyclist struck, killed near Key Biscayne<p/> A bicyclist was struck and killed by a car in a hit-and-run Sunday morning on the Rickenbacker Causeway near the entrance to Key Biscayne — after which the motorist dragged the crumpled bike four miles down Crandon Boulevard.

A man shot a woman in the stomach Sunday morning after an argument in the home they shared, Wilton Manors police said.<p/> The 48-year old woman, whom police did not immediately identify, was taken to Broward General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale. She underwent surgery there but her condition was not known, Detective David Jones, a Wilton Manors police spokesman, said Sunday evening.

A woman's body was found floating Sunday morning in a small lake in Pompano Beach, the Broward Sheriff's Office said.<p/> BSO reported that a person spotted the woman's body about 8 a.m. in the lake at a condominium complex in the 2200 block of North Cypress Bend Drive.
