A lawsuit to make sure Florida residents can watch the Gators play Cincinnati in the Sugar Bowl on television is being punted to another court.<p/> Circuit Judge Maura Smith in Orlando said Wednesday she would let a U.S. judge decide if federal court was the proper venue for the case before determining whether to issue a temporary injunction. Two Florida residents are asking for an injunction that would ensure Fox's showing of the New Year's Day game on Bright House Networks' cable system.
