The Broken Shaker is a speakeasy-styled cocktail lounge. It’s in a very small room within the Indian Creek Hotel, but luckily the tiny space opens up to the hotel’s pool area, which is quite spacious and comfortable.
The drinks are amazing. The ambiance is chill. I loved it.
What’s interesting about The Broken Shaker is that it’s a popup bar. A product of Bar Lab, the libations of this joint will only be available for a limited time. Check it out while you can!

Here is another shot from the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach.
I took this shot of the Fontainebleau pool during Santigold’s great performance earlier this year. I also was lucky enough to see her open for the Red Hot Chili Peppers in Sunrise. She is an amazing new artist and I highly recommend listening to her music.
